Black Mesa Manufacturing LLC reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any order at our discretion.
5. Dealer Program
Applying to become an authorized Black Mesa dealer through this Site does not guarantee acceptance into the dealer program. All dealer applications are reviewed at our discretion. Acceptance, territory rights, pricing, and program terms are established through a separate dealer agreement.
